Refund policy
What is the Return Policy?
In accordance with European Union directives, the customer is entitled to a return period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the last item. Within this period you may return an item for a refund, in case you have changed your mind. Please note that a shipping cost might be deducted from the return to cover cost of shipping.
The cost of the return may vary depending on the supplier and the type of product. For the return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
If the supplier requires delivery of the product to a service point, once the decision to withdraw has been communicated and accepted by Meliá Store, the start of the return will be confirmed. From that moment, the customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days to deliver the product to the indicated point.

What kind of returns do we accept?
We will only accept refunds for products that are returned in the same condition in which they were received.
If an item has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn in any way, we reserve the right to cancel the refund or to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in the value of the item.
Additional considerations
The costs indicated correspond exclusively to returns due to withdrawal within the legal timeframe. In the case of a defective product or shipping error, Meliá Store will handle the incident in accordance with current regulations.
