Refund policy

What is the Return Policy?

In accordance with European Union directives, the customer is entitled to a return period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the last item. Within this period you may return an item for a refund, in case you have changed your mind. Please note that a shipping cost might be deducted from the return to cover cost of shipping.

Depending on the type of product, other policies specific to each of our suppliers must be taken into account.

What kind of returns do we accept?

We will only accept refunds for products that are returned in the same condition in which they were received.

If an item has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn in any way, we reserve the right to cancel the refund or deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item.
