Returns and Cancellations

Are there products that cannot be returned?

Currently all products can be returned as long as our return policies imposed by our quality standards and by our suppliers are met. Make sure to check the conditions on our return page Return Policy.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

To request any cancellation of an order you can do so via email: infomeliastore@melia.com. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to inform you if cancellation is possible. In the event that it is not possible to cancel your order, we will notify you and you can proceed with the return according to the terms established in Return policy

What is the Return Policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for products that are in their original, unused condition with all tags intact. See more information on how to initiate a return on the Return Policiy page.

Products

I bought a mattress, can you take the old one?

Yes, when purchasing a bed or mattress we can remove the old one free of charge. The request must be made at the time of purchase. Check the box in section 4. Additional Services (Optional) on the Dreammaker page at the time of purchase if you want us to remove the old mattress.

What is the warranty period for the products?

The warranty period varies depending on the product you have purchased:

  • Dreammaker Mattress: The Dreammaker mattress has a full 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects or product flaws.
  • Utensils, cutlery and glasses: they have a 1-year guarantee
Are the products the same as those I used during my stay at the hotel?

Yes, the products we offer are from the same suppliers that we use in our hotels, maintaining the high quality standards that characterise the Meliá experience, with its Mediterranean essence. The DreamMaker Bed, for example, has been specifically designed for our hotels by Pikolin, ensuring that you enjoy the same comfort in your home. However, pillows and sheets may vary slightly.

While we can't guarantee that they'll be exactly the same as the ones you used during your stay, we make sure to provide a complete, high-quality set for your DreamMaker set. We know that many of our guests are interested in our tableware. If there's a particular product that caught your eye during your stay, don't hesitate to send us a message through the contact page. We'll be happy to update our store and help you find what you're looking for.
